About Dream

Digital technologies and new media are constitutive for changing the ways we learn and interact, and we need multi-disciplinary approaches in order to fully understand, address and impact on these changes.

The mission of DREAM is to facilitate, coordinate and communicate research on learning resources in Danish as these are designed and appropriated in formal and informal learning contexts.

DREAM’s research is carried out in close cooperation with Danish publishers, distributors and software developers.

DREAM is a national research consortium founded in 2004 as a joint venture between four Danish university departments: Department of Communication, Journalism and Computer Science, Roskilde University; Learning Lab Denmark; Department of Literature, Culture and Media Studies, University of Southern Denmark; and Department of Philosophy, Education and Religious Studies, University of Southern Denmark.
