GUIDELINE FOR PAPERS

At the conference

We will make every effort to place your presentation in your chosen thematic division. However, in order to balance the time frames of presentations we may have to re-schedule some papers into related divisions, and we count on your acceptance of this.

As we all know, conferences are about scientific dialogue and networking. In order to allow ample time for discussion, presenters will be given a maximum of 10 minutes to introduce the main points of their papers.

PhD course
The research conference is preceded by an intensive phD course 22 May 2012, offering a venue for phD students within relevant conference areas to meet with some of the keynote speakers and to make project presentations and discussions.

Please submit your course paper no later than 27 April 2012 directly at [email protected]

Please also note that course presentations cannot double as conference papers.
